Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of motor imagination therapy in the rehabilitation of shoulder subluxation (GHS) in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods: 70 patients with GHS after stroke hemiplegia were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy, and the observation group was treated with motor imagination therapy to compare the intervention effect. Results: After treatment, the FMA score and MBI score in the observation group were higher than those in the con-trol group (P<0.05). The VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: The intervention of motor imagination therapy on GHS patients after stroke hemiplegia is helpful to improve the patients' limb function and self-care ability, reduce the degree of shoulder joint pain, and has good application effect.
